NO my prices are not fixed. Projects and needs of clients differ and the more complicated and cumbersome a project is, the higher the price tag.
This depends on your needs and budget. If you do not know what you want, send me an email highlighting what you aim to build for your business or project and we can start from there.
In order to book my time, you would make a 50% deposit backed by a client contract. A project timeline would be drawn out, and assets would be acquired if needed. Assets may include; brand logos, colours, fonts, images, videos, website access, domain etc.
All the files received at the end of a project are digital files. I do not handle printing but I can refer you to good print shops should you need to print any of your designs for physical products. Files come in various formats depending on the type of project; PNG, JPG, PDF, GIF, MP4 and SVG are some of the digital formats I usually send to clients.
In order to avoid recurring payments like web domain subscriptions, I do not purchase them for clients. However, I will guide you on how to buy from hosting platforms. I use Namecheap and I recommend it. After you have purchased them, we can use them in your web design project.
Insight: Firstly, we discuss the project. The client fills a brand questionnaire, sends over the brand assets and we understand and analyse the project needs.
Planning: At this stage, I would conduct some research then create two mood boards showing two different design directions. The client would choose what works best and I can focus on that.
Design & Review: Using the chosen direction, I would work on the designs following the agreed timeline. It is important to maintain communication with the client at this stage in order to review the designs and make corrections where necessary.
Execution: At this stage, the design has been approved by the client and the final deposit is made. I would send all the agreed files and end the project contract.
Client Feedback: At the end of any design project, I always ask for a feedback. I value my clients' opinions and utilize them in my workflow to ensure I always provide a satisfactory service. If you have worked with me, I would be pleased if you leave a feedback using this link.
At the Insight stage, the client has to choose from the presented mood boards which I would create based on the outcome of the discussions we had. I would not create a design if the client has not given me enough information to work with but we can also make changes. I only offer a limited number revisions per project (max 3 for a Pro Design package), any extra revision has to be paid for.
