Digital planners are hyperlinked PDF files designed to offer a customisable, distraction-free way to organise your life. They are best used on a tablet device with a stylus. They can be easily imported into note-taking apps, allowing you to add notes, annotations, and images. By following hyperlinked pages and using features like calendars, checklists, and reminders, you can effectively track your progress while staying organised and creative.
Import: Open your planner in a note-taking app (Samsung Notes, Penly, GoodNotes, Kilonotes, etc.).
Explore: Navigate through the planner using tabs and hyperlinks.
Customise: Add notes, images, highlights, shapes and links.
Track: Use checklists and reminders to stay on top of tasks.
Sync: Back up your planner to the cloud or locally.
Refer to our freebie library to test the planners.

There are so many sources online, like Pinterest and marketplaces like Etsy, Payhip and Gumroad, that can give you more insight into what is available out there.
I provide branding and illustration services. I also produce templates and planners for my shop, and if you're interested in such offerings, I can also provide them. I built my website on Google Sites, and I also offer website-building services using platforms such as Google Sites, Wix, Squarespace, Carrd, and Payhip.
NO my prices are not fixed. Projects and needs of clients differ and the more complicated and cumbersome a project is, the higher the price tag.
This depends on your needs and budget. If you do not know what you want, contact me, highlighting what you aim to build for your business or project, and we can start from there.
To book my time, you would make a 50% deposit backed by a client contract. A project timeline would be drawn out, and assets would be acquired if needed. Assets may include brand logos, colours, fonts, images, videos, website access, domain, etc.
Insight: Firstly, we discuss the project. The client fills out a brand questionnaire and sends over the brand assets, and we understand and analyse the project needs.
Planning: At this stage, I would conduct some research and then create two mood boards showing two different design directions. The client would choose what works best, and I can focus on that.
Design & Review: Using the chosen direction, I would work on the designs following the agreed timeline. It is important to maintain communication with the client at this stage in order to review the designs and make corrections where necessary.
Execution: At this stage, the design has been approved by the client, and the final deposit is made. I would send all the agreed files and end the project contract.
Client Feedback: At the end of any design project, I always ask for feedback. I value my clients' opinions and utilise them in my workflow to ensure I always provide a satisfactory service. If you have worked with me, I would be pleased if you left feedback using this link.
All the files received at the end of a project are digital. I do not handle printing, but I can refer you to reputable print shops should you need to print any of your designs for physical products. Files come in various formats depending on the type of project; PNG, JPG, PDF, GIF, MP4 and SVG are some of the digital formats I usually send to clients.
I built my website on Google Sites, and I also offer website-building services using platforms such as Google Sites, Wix, Squarespace, Carrd, and Payhip.
To avoid recurring payments like web domain subscriptions, I do not purchase them for clients. However, I will guide you on how to buy from hosting platforms. I use Namecheap, and I recommend it. After you have purchased them, we can use them in your web design project.
At the Insight stage, the client has to choose from the presented mood boards, which I would create based on the outcome of the discussions we had. I would not create a design if the client has not given me enough information to work with, but we can also make changes. I only offer a limited number of revisions per project (max 3 for a Pro Design package); any extra revision has to be paid for.
