Thanks for purchasing my template! This is a guide on how to customise the template and make it yours.
This setup guide is intended to provide guidance on how to get the most from the Google Sites template. If you do not know how to use Google Sites, I recommend that you check out this tutorial I have prepared; How to use Google Sites. You need to have some knowledge in order to use Google Sites and edit the template.
There are also some great learning resources on;
After you have purchased a template, you would be granted access to a Google Drive folder.
Head over to Google Drive and log into the Google account which you saved the template to.
On the menu by the left, find your shared folder. This is where you'll find the template folder.
Open it, then select the sites template and click the three dot option menu.
Select Make a copy to duplicate the Google Sites template file. This becomes your own copy which you can edit and make changes to.
On the bottom left corner click on 'show file location', to take you to the location of the Google Site Template in your drive.
Now you can edit the template or move it to another folder as you please.
Feel free to edit anything you want on the template. Add your images, change the template colours to match your brand colours, change the font, font size and spacing, upload your logo and favicon. Check this tutorial, How to use Google Sites in order to customize your site. After customising the theme to suit your brand, add your domain and publish it.
In order to avoid recurring payments like web domain subscriptions, I do not purchase them for clients. How ever I can guide you on how to buy from hosting platforms, I recommend Namecheap. After you have purchased, you can add it to your website.
If you encounter any issues while setting up your account, you can send me an email describing your issue along with screenshots or screen recordings so I can assist you in the best way I can.
